難得沒課的日子,也起得比較晚,於是決定來做豐盛早午餐!

今天的料理是:歐姆蛋!

也就是蛋包裡面包著各式蔬菜,並加入起司,是很精緻(吧)的一到料理喔~

以下是今日歐姆蛋料理食譜:

 

歐姆蛋 (Omelette) 所需材料:

材料名稱 (Ingredient) 份量 (Quantity)
紅蘿蔔 Carrot 約50g 
洋蔥 Onion 約200g 
花椰菜 Broccoli 約100g
培根 Bacon 一小片 one small slice
蛋 Egg 1~2顆  1or2
起司 Cheese 約50~100g depents
油 Cooking Oil 少許 a little bit
鹽巴 Salt 少許 a little bit
  1. 將紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、花椰菜、培根切丁準備。
    Cut the carrots , onions, broccoli, and the bacon into small pieces.

  2. 將蛋打勻。可以選擇使用一顆或兩顆蛋,兩顆蛋蛋包會比較厚,較難熟,蛋可能會較好塑型;一顆蛋會有較薄的蛋皮,比較接近一般歐姆蛋。我今天用的是兩顆。
    Stir the eggs into egg juice. It's okay to use either one or two eggs. You will get thicker Omelette by 2 eggs, but it will take longer time to cook. I'm using two eggs today.

  3. 熱鍋,加入少許油,將切丁的洋蔥先倒入拌炒,炒至金黃色、半透明。
    Warm up the pan and put a little bit oil inside. Fry the onion until it turn into yellow color and looks a little bit transparent.

  4. 加入紅蘿蔔一起拌炒,炒到紅蘿蔔有軟。
    Add the carrot and fry it until getting more soft.

  5. 加入培根拌炒約五分鐘,最後加入花椰菜,炒到花椰菜軟。最後加點鹽。
    Add bacon and fry about 5 minutes. Then add the broccoli at last and fry it until it is soft. At last, put some salt.

  6. 將炒好的料盛起來。
    在鍋中加入少許油,讓油平均分散於鍋中,並倒入蛋汁。此時火不要太大以免蛋燒焦。
    Take the fried ingredients up. Add some oil inside the pan and make it evenly cover the pan. Notice that do not make the fire too big to burn out the egg.

  7. 煎到蛋皮有點熟之後,倒入炒料,並撒上起司,然後把蛋包折或捲起來。
    When the egg is getting more cooked, add the fried ingredients and spread some cheese on top of it. Than fold or roll the egg.

  8. 再翻面煎到內部也熟了就可以囉!我還另外用奶油煎過吐司,豐盛的歐姆蛋配吐司早午餐完成!
    Turn the omelette over and over until it's also cooked inside. And I also fry some toast with butter. A rich brunch is ready now!!
